Human beings are created for movement, and thinking preventively is a good investment. Because the human body is subject to strains on a daily basis, it is important to find a gentle form of physical activity that can build up the body and keep it supple and strong. Apart from finding activities that do not put more pressure on already strained joints, such as qi gong, pilates or the like, it is also important to find activities that help to get your heart rate up, such as water gymnastics, going for a walk/jog, trampolining and cycling.
